The house is a two bedroom duplex in Eastview, with a big front yard and unfinished basement. Your own private room and bathroom, with shared living room and kitchen. Bathroom and kitchen have been recently renovated. Convenient access to bus stops and grocery store. Property will be mostly unfurnished as I am moving out with much of the furniture, so you will have plenty of space for your own. There is basement storage as well for you. One time pet fee, per pet. Pet-friendly landlord, but pets up to the discretion of Cybelle (the current tenant). Cybelle is a great roommate, I am only moving out because I wanted to try living in my own. You will live living with her! |
