Availability The room is furnished and is available on June 1st 2025 Terms • There should no smoking of any kind inside or outside the house, no drugs, no partying, no pets, no couples and no overnight visitors allowed. • No noise between the hours of 11pm and 8am. • Tenant must be respectful of rules and prepared to clean shared areas like kitchen and washroom after each use. • No overnight visitors allowed • No outdoor footwear in bedrooms, no eating in bedrooms • The living room area is not part of the shared space. • Tenant must be a person who cherishes cleanliness, is sensitive of shared space, respectful of rules and considerate of noise level. • Tenant must be neat and able to clean shared areas after each use. • Security deposit must be paid together with first month rent when moving in • Tenant must be able to pay rent on the 1st of each month. • Kitchen, washroom, and dining areas are shared.
