Located in a quiet residential area, it is within walking distance of both SaskPolytechnic and downtown.. Guests have access to their own private balcony (lawn chairs are tucked away in the nearby closet). Access to the apartment is via a common area front porch. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 3 level home. There are a total of 3 separate apartments in the home. It is a 3-story home. We do our best to ensure that all guests are compatible. The main floor suite has permanent guests, and the top floor is also an Airbnb space. Some noise transferance will happen, but generally, the home is pretty quiet. The beds are newer and comfy, and the living room furniture has some 'experience' but is comfy n clean. Both the kitchen and bathroom have been renovated, the other rooms have original flooring.
