| $75 per night up to 2 people. 2 nights or more requirement to stay. Longer term stays: $550 per week for 2 $600 per week for 3 $700 per week for 4 Max of 4. If you are looking for an affordable, quiet, clean, spacious apartment while working, attending appointments or visiting family in Regina, you are welcome to stay here in my private basement suite located in my home. The suite is bright & spacious.... lower level apartment located on a quiet residential Bay close to Normanview mall. The suite is completely private and can accommodate up to four people. Perfect for working folks in the Regina area. Home is located in NW Regina. Ease of access to Coop refinery and k&s plant. The suite is accessed via side shared entrance (inside garage) and you go to the basement which is where the private suite is located. The rafters have sound proofing in them as well as suspended ceiling which offers some sound proofing as well. You can still hear us walking upstairs and the occasional bump and bang.... it's a normal running house with good vibes and very respectful family living here. If I do say so myself haha! Typically we are up around 6 and in bed around 10 or 11 pm. The suite is completely furnished and has a double bed in the bedroom, a futon (good for one person but not too comfortable long term but I can get a foam!) and another double bed in the common area. I also have a comfortable single cot (3" foam) that could be set up in the livingroom. The space is big enough for 4 people. I'd guess it's around 800 square feet down there. There is access to the laundry room which I can unlock for you to do laundry whenever needed. Laundry soap and bounce available for your use. Take chill/dampness out of air with 2 infrared space heaters. Sofa, love seat and rocking chair with Roku TV in livingroom. I have Netflix set up downstairs for you as well as wifi. The kitchen is stocked with the following: Some condiments (phasing out), popcorn kernels to pop, tea, instant porridge, coffee grounds (with coffee maker) jam, frozen bread items (toaster and toaster oven available) and creamer. Check in is anytime after 3 pm. You are provided with your own code and check in instructions once payment is received. $100 deposit required to hold your spot. No refund if your plans or dates change. Deposit is refunded after I've cleaned the suite after your departure and I refund the deposit so long as the suite is in good condition. Smoking is OK but outside only. Weed is also fine here... no judgement. I have a chair and ashtray set up in the garage and in the warmer months you are welcome to hang out on the deck and enjoy the spacious yard. Last photo is a Rave from a guest who has stayed at my air bnbs for the last 3 years. I look forward to talking to you about staying in my home...
