| Hello, We are a family of seven looking for long term tenancy, 2+ years. Two adults and Five children, ages 17, 15, 9, 4, 3. All children are inn school. We have two cats, ages 7 and 2. And we also have one dog, age 5. All pets are neutered, trained and updated on all vaccines, and documentation can be provided for proof. They are our family and we do not wish to part with them, a pet fee for each pet can be provided. My husband is a sub contractor, and I am a full time student at the U of R. We are quiet, respectful, and responsible tenants. We do not smoke, drink or throw parties. We can provide employment and personal references, and landlord references. We are hoping to return to the southend of the city, that is where our children attend school and sports. We are also hoping for a fenced in yard, for our little ones, and parking space for two vehicles, SUV and Truck. We love our current home, however there is limited space for a big working family.
