Two minute walk from bus stops for route # 3 and 5, five minute drive to SaskPolytech, ten minute drive to the U of S and is close to downtown. There is free 24 hour parking on the street. Shower system is standing shower/head shower. Laundry not included with the rent. I will allow 1 washing load in my personal machine every month. There is a drying rack in the suite. The nearest laundromat locations are just 5 minutes drive. No pets, no smoking, no alcohol, no drugs and no parties allowed on the premises. Monitored security system is active in the household for safety purposes.
