There is one bedroom and a small room that would be best suited for an office. It is a self-contained premise with a separate entrance; utilities and laundry are included for $1500/mo. The rent includes all utilities except for WIFI. The suite is available May 1st. The house is 4 blocks to downtown, the same distance to Sask Polytech and one block to a bus stop. If you drive, there is an electrified parking stall available in the back of the house. The neighbours are great and pets will be considered with a pet deposit. This suite is sized for a couple or single tenants and not large enough for more than that. We are good landlords who take care of tenants needs. We are looking for tenants who are quiet and respectful and in need of a home, not a party house. Yard maintenance (lawn care and snow removal) are shared with the basement tenants.
