| Looking for a responsible, mature, tidy housemate to share my large fully furnished 4-bedroom home with (approx. 1600+ sq/ft of living space). Must be a non-smoker, no drugs; preferance will be given to working individuals or serious students looking for a long-term home. Someone I can vibe & share the space equally & freely with. Located in a quite, safe east-side neighborhood, near a school. Close to many amenities & bus routes, near 8th street & Cumberland. Five minutes to U of S, 1 minute to Sobeys. Large backyard with patio, BBQ and firepit. $750/month with 6-12 month lease. Utilities, wifi & lots of street parking included. Two rooms are available (larger one is $750, smaller one is $600).
