| Hi I have a family of 3,me my partner and our 6 month old baby. We are in search of a place for us, preferably a full house or duplex. I can do condos or apartments but only with in suite laundry, we want to move in asap. We're first time renters so we currently dont have any previous landlord references however we dont party or do drugs and we are very clean. My max rent is 1500 with utilities but I could possibly do up to 1600. |
