| Hi, I have a bedroom in the main floor for rent. Please read the ad carefully before sending any message to arrange for a view. !!! IMPORTANT: I have 3 dogs in the house, they are all friendly, so a dog lover is a MUST. If you are not, well you don't need to read the rest. I just save your time :D NO more pet is preferred. Please at least tell me a little bit about yourself when sending me a message. I will NOT reply to any message like "Is it still available?" because of course it is when it is still up here, isn't it? Asking $550 per month and the same amount for damage deposit, all utilities are included. The renter will share the bathroom and kitchen on the main floor with the other female tenants. So, a FEMALE renter is preferred. The room is fully furnished, all you need is just moving in. Parking is available on the street. The address is in Fairhaven area and it is near bus station (5 mins walk) and shopping malls (confederation mall, walmart, etc) and gyms (fit4less, anytime fitness) and Shaw center.
