| Feel at home here! The furnished basement suite includes all utilities, wireless, Roku, linens, and dishes. My house is on a quiet, tree-lined street in the Exhibition area (Taylor and Herman) 1/2 block from the river, Meewasin Valley trails. Buses to downtown and U of S are a half block away. The suite has a coffee maker, kettle, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster oven, and fridge. I am looking for a student/female tenant as we share laundry and back entrance. On-street or driveway parking with plug in. I have a friendly cat who has access to the basement and welcomes guests. References required. |
