There are three bedrooms on the top floor and one bedroom being used in the basement. - You shouldn't really need anything other than your suitcase and personal effects. Comes with all the furnishings you need to be comfortable Close to: Sobeys, Cafes, Mcdonalds and Goodlife fitness are about a 15 mins walk. Under 10 mins drive to RUH and University of Saskatchewan We take great care to preserve a clean and quiet atmosphere. We have a strict policy of no parties, no smoking, no overnight guests or other activities that could disturb reasonable roommates. This room is large, bathroom is across the hall and shared with one other room.
