Its features include a dishwasher, under cabinet lighting, a balcony, and AC unit. Conveniently located just off 8th Street and Broadway, it’s minutes away from grocery stores, coffee shops, gas stations, convenience stores and more. I would love to find ONE friendly and respectful person to rent the second room and shared spaces. Sorry No Pets Allowed! (landlords rule not mine) ●Your half of rent is $747.50 ●Your damage deposit $747.50 ●Your half of Elec averages about $50 (may vary) ●Your half of Wi-Fi is $45 We also split most household necessities that are shared such as toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher pods, dish soap, garbage bags etc.. Photos are of a similar suite in the building, ours is almost identical, I just wanted to showcase it empty as it's currently occupied. I have already lived here for a year and would love to continue to do so !
