| I'm a male looking for a roommate to share a suite on the main floor of a house, close to Broadway, downtown, and the river. Unfurnished bedroom is fair sized and the rest of the suite is pretty spacious. Rent is $485 per month including heat; internet and electricity usually come to around $75 per person. Damage deposit is $100. No smoking of any sort (person with asthma upstairs). I have limited cookware so it would be handy if you had those sorts of things. Free laundry in the basement. Nice front and partially fenced back yards. Parking spot in back. The ‘ideal candidate' would be on the clean side but not uptight about it, reasonably quiet, and of course respectful. I have a cat and am really not sure if he’d get along with another, but if you have one that’s something we can explore. A small quiet dog is also an option. It will be available August 1.
