| Hello everyone. I live in a 3 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. I have a room available for rent. This room comes with a queen sized bed already. Rent will be 850 per month, which will also include streaming services, plus utilities. I do have dogs and cats, so you must be ok with pets. My ideal roommate is preferably a female. You must be able to supply at least two references from previous tenants. Also must have a an income, no smoking, no partying, and no unwelcome guests in my home. This will be on a month to month basis to ensure it's a good match for me as well as yourself. If you have pets I may consider upon arrival. No couples.
