| All furnished 2 bedroom home on a 2.5 acre lot entirely fenced. Takes about 7 minute drive to be on downtown main street. Recently renovated, new fridge, oven, water tank, refinished floors and new wood stove. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and baking and has a gas cook top. The whole house is heated with wood, lots of split and dry wood is in the wood shed. One well behaved dog is allowed, the secured yard is ideal but sorry no cats. No smoking and no parties. Main bathroom, kitchen and bedroom are on first floor, second bedroom, bathroom, living room, office space and infrared sauna are located on the second floor. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, clawfoot antique tub, laundry facilities and a natural slate heated floor. Bring your own bedding please, the main bedroom is a queen size, double for the other bedroom. A damage deposit of $3200 is required. Internet works well but is not unlimited. If you work from home you will need your own data as the internet package is shared with the other tenants living on the same property in the tiny home located behind the main house. This is a country residential area, there is no bus route near by you will need wheels. Please if you are interested in this place introduce yourself and tell me what term you are looking for, your work, pet, partner, kid etc. It is available on June 1st for at least 5 months and may be extended for a longer period. If you want to rent only until end of September instead of October it's fine too.
