| I’m looking for a mature, clean and responsible roommate for a newer 2-bedroom duplex in Whistle Bend. The house is located on a quiet street and has some of the best views in the neighbourhood. It has a large open concept kitchen and living room, 2 bathrooms, large deck and backyard with barbecue and fire pit. The large, furnished master bedroom is very spacious, bright and has 2 large closets. The bedroom is large enough to also serve as a home office or second living room. Rent is $1,250 and includes electricity, heat, Internet and driveway parking with plug in. Available June 1. Month to month rent, but long-term tenant preferred. Male or female. No pets and no smoking. References required. I’m an active female and I spend a lot of time playing outside in summer and winter. I play music and I like to spend time in my garden in summer.
