It's suitable for someone who needs a place to stay while looking for longer-term accommodation or someone coming to town for a short stay. I’m looking for a short-term roommate to join a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse in Ingram. You’d be living with myself and one other roommate. The townhouse backs onto a greenbelt with a great deck and easy access to ski, running, and biking trails. Details: -Rent: $800/month (includes utilities + internet) -Room: Furnished with a bed, dresser, and closet; window overlooks the greenbelt -Bathroom: Shared with one roommate (there's also an extra half bath on the main floor) -Parking: Available on a nearby cul-de-sac -Transportation: Nearby bus stops; ~25 min bike ride to downtown (about 45 min uphill on return); 10–15 min drive depending on traffic My roommate and I are both full-time professionals around the age of 40 who live active, outdoor-focused lifestyles. I’m a light sleeper and appreciate a fairly quiet and tidy home, though I’m a bit of a whirlwind when packing for adventures! I also have an 8-year-old husky—she’s awkward, lovable, well-behaved, and a bit of a shedder. She’s not allowed on furniture.
